HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order will be delivered in 4 -10 working days to all the metros and Tier- 1 cities, while for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at svecchaa@gmail.com

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation mail of the placed order and will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at sveccha@gmail.com. We will do our best to get it delivered for you at the earliest.

WILL MY AREA BE SERVICED BY YOUR LOGISTICS PROVIDER

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY

Sometimes shipping cost is covered by us but it depends on address, please write to us if you have any issues with shipping charges. Sveccha@gmail.com

DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?

Yes we do deliver out of India, and it generally takes 15 -20 days, depending on the city, but there is no Cash on Delivery facility for international orders. Also, international orders are not eligible for returns and exchange.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT ?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

Return can be placed with us, please send us an image of what you have received and we will do the needful, contact us on whatsapp from the footer or email us at sveccha@gmail.com

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER

You can only make your return within 7 days of receiving it.

DOES SVECCHA HAS A MONEY REFUND POLICY?

No, we don't have a refund policy, only exchange for valid reasons, please write to us at svecchaa@gmail.com if you have any issues.
